Summary: Please have a look at these rules to make your hire as safe as possible. If it is adverse weather on the day of hire — high winds or rain — we cannot put castles out for safety reasons. Our castles have roofs but are only shower proof. A wet castle becomes a slippy surface and the risk of injury rises. Therefore we may need to cancel for your own good. 🏰🌧️💨

• Ground condition — firm, soft, or waterlogged affects anchor security. 🌱
• Access and surrounding hazards like overhead lines or loose debris. ⚠️
