Being physically fit, and the ability to do manual work, including lifting heavy inflatables is a must. Working mainly weekends, with some weekday work, you would be helping to set up inflatables at parties and events, dealing with the general public, customers and be able to complete paperwork. Applicants would need to work as part of a team, but also have the ability to work on your own initiative.

You would also need to be open to a police background check and must be of clean and tidy appearance.

Full training and uniform will be provided.

We have three main roles within the company, but other duties also arise from time to time.

DRIVER;

We are regularly expanding so need drivers. A full, clean driving license, held for more than six years is essential for this roll. A good general knowledge of North East surrounding areas would be an advantage. Ability to work under you own initiative is essential for this role.

The drivers roll is to be able to read a daily job card, load the van according to delivery route, deliver inflatables and other party products to various addresses within the local area, set up safely all equipment, (full training will be given in the safe setup of inflatables and other party equipment) Interacting with customers, collection and recording of money. May also involve other duties from time to time.

DRIVERS MATE;

This role includes helping our drivers to safety load our vans, unloading at jobs, helping set up our Inflatables and other party equipment safety at customers own homes, events, community halls etc. Manual handling and lifting is a major part of this role. Applicants would be expected to think and plan ahead and help our drivers to uphold our high standards of setups. You must be of clean appearance and polite at all times. We welcome applicants from 16 years who are confident ability to think on their feet.

Full training will be given for this role.

EVENT STAFF;

This role involves staffing our fun inflatables, such as our Bouncy Castles, Bungee Run, Obstacle Course, Gladiator Duel, Inflatable Slides, Sumo Suits and other products at events, fun days and other occasions we might need our products staffed. The staff member will be responsible for the safe use of the equipment in their care, full training in safe use and regulations of inflatables will be given to the successful applicant. You must also be of clean appearance, a uniform will be provided, be able to communicate clearly with the general public, take charge at all times. Other duties may arise from time to time.
